This past week was the She Elevates Academy 2026 graduation. We watched girls laugh, learn, grow in confidence, and begin to believe in themselves. Behind every program are grant applications, fundraising, recruiting volunteers, paying team members, planning events, buying supplies, and making sure the doors stay open so another girl gets the opportunity to discover her greatness, grow her voice and know that she matters. If you know of funders, individuals or organizations who give funds for operations, let us know. She Elevates is changing lives, but we cannot do it alone. If you’ve ever thought about supporting She Elevates, this is your sign. Whether you give, volunteer, introduce us to a potential sponsor, or simply share our mission, you become part of changing a girl’s future.

Here’s a huge thank you to Hot Shots Pickleball Club, Lisa Beaufait, and their team for hosting our girls from the She Elevates, Academy. The girls loved it!! It was an experience that they will never forget! Thanks to SARTA – Stark Area Regional Transit Authority for providing transportation. We are grateful!

We are thrilled to announce the 2026 She Elevates Award recipients, and tickets for the 2026 Gala are officially on sale! 💖✨ This group of leaders, mentors, students, and community partners were nominated for the incredible impact they are making throughout Stark County and beyond.

Our founder, DeLores Pressley, was recently featured in CanvasRebel, and it’s a story worth reading! She opens up about her recent children’s book “Deonna Dares to Dance,” her journey from classroom teacher to international keynote speaker, and how She Elevates has empowered girls across the nation. Her message is simple and powerful: confidence isn’t something you’re born with, it’s something you build!

It was a powerful day filled with conversation, inspiring voices, and women lifting each other higher; everything we stand for at She Elevates! 💖 We’re so proud of DeLores for sharing her story and her message with such an incredible community of women.
