She Elevates Academy is our flagship program. This intensive week-long journey changes how girls see themselves and their future.

Through hands-on learning, mentorship and practical skill-building, participants discover their entrepreneurial spirit and leadership potential, gain essential life skills and learn to believe in themselves.

Every girl in the Academy program learns to:

• Find and use their voice with confidence: Many young girls hesitate to speak up, whether in the classroom, at home or in social settings. Teaching them how to express their ideas clearly and assertively helps them build self-assurance, ensuring they never shrink themselves to fit someone else’s expectations.
• Create and present business plans: Entrepreneurship isn’t just about starting a business—it’s about critical thinking, problem-solving and self-reliance. When girls learn how to develop and present their ideas, they gain the confidence to take initiative, advocate for their vision and see challenges as opportunities rather than obstacles.
• Practice professional etiquette: Confidence often comes from feeling prepared. Teaching girls how to navigate professional environments—from introductions and handshakes to email and dining etiquette to public speaking — ensures they can step into any room with poise and self-assurance.
• Be leaders: Leadership isn’t about having a title; it’s about knowing your value, making decisions and inspiring others. When girls develop leadership skills early, they’re more likely to raise their hands in class, take on responsibilities and trust themselves to make a difference.
• Develop innovative ideas: Creativity and innovation empower girls to think beyond limitations and solve problems in new ways. Encouraging them to embrace curiosity and take risks in their thinking builds resilience, adaptability and the confidence to bring their ideas to life.
• Set and achieve meaningful goals: Confidence grows with every goal achieved. Teaching girls how to set clear, achievable objectives—and work toward them step by step—instills a mindset of perseverance, self-motivation and the belief that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to.
